Thank you for shopping with us at Dominique Hawkins. We hope you LOVE our products. However, if you do wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange, our Returns Policy is below.

Returning an item to the website that has been purchased on the website

Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of you receiving your goods.

We cannot accept items that have been personalised.

All items must be returned with a valid invoice and a completed Returns Form. You will find the Returns Form attached to the invoice for UK orders.

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of placing your order. You will be refunded your total order value. Standard delivery cost of £3.95 will only be refunded should the entire delivery be returned. Unfortunately, due to early stages of business we are unable to offer free returns or refunds on postage costs.

In addition to our Website Returns Policy, under the distance selling regulations, EU customers have 14 days to cancel their purchase.

Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty

 

FAQ’s

 

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

Yes, if it is prior to dispatch we are able to refund any payment taken. If after dispatch, please return goods and you will be refunded.

Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order. No money will be debited from your account until your order is dispatched.

 

Can I change my existing order?

Yes, you are still able to amend your order until you have received a dispatch notification from us. Once the item has been dispatched, no amendments can be made to orders.

For all of the above your statutory rights are not affected, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.

 

Can I return my order?

Yes. Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. Dominique Hawkins reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected. Customers are also entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty

How do I return my order?

You need to fill in the Returns Form attached to your invoice, including your order number, contact telephone number, the reason for return and whether you would like a refund, exchange or a replacement. We are unable to offer Pre-Paid Returns in early stages of business. This is something we hope to cater for in the future.

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging.

What happens if I want to only return part of my order?

You need to fill in the form as outlined above.

However, do note that should you choose to keep part of your original order, you will not be eligible for a refund on the original postage costs. The refunding of any initial postage and packing charges applies only to standard delivery.

 

How am I refunded if I paid using Paypal?

Whilst we offer our customers the option to return any web purchases to our stores, PayPal is an online payment method and can only be refunded by returning your order back to the website.

 

What if I paid using an E-voucher/Gift Card?

If you should for any reason wish to return your item(s) to the website, the balance will go back on your e-voucher or Gift Card.

If you paid partly by debit/credit card or PayPal, any remaining balance will be applied as a refund as for this method.

If you should for any reason wish to return your item(s) to our stores, the balance will go back on to a store credit note. If you paid partly by debit/credit, any remaining balance will be applied as a refund as for this method.
